To preserve the beauty of your jewelry over time, we recommend handling it with care. Avoid wearing it during sports, in contact with salt water or household products, as well as with perfumes and cosmetic products. When not wearing your jewelry, store it away from moisture.
DELIVERY
Each L’Eau du Feu order is carefully prepared within 7 business days, then shipped twice a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays, via Colissimo with delivery requiring a signature.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times are then approximately 2 business days in metropolitan France and 3 to 15 business days for Europe and international destinations, depending on the location.
