Returns

At L’Eau du Feu, every order is prepared with care. For items eligible for the right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to exercise this right.

Personalized, modified, or custom-made items created according to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for by Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code. The terms applicable to these items are specified below.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by its original packaging.

Items that have been worn, damaged, or show signs of use will not be accepted, subject to the customer's legal rights regarding conformity.

Return costs and shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The return package must be sent with a tracking number. We recommend that you keep the proof of postage and the tracking number until we confirm receipt of your return.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, under the conditions provided by applicable regulations.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return, the item is inspected to verify that it meets the return conditions.

Once the return is accepted, the refund is issued via the same payment method used for the order, within the time frames stipulated by applicable regulations.

Personalized items and custom-made creations

Items that are personalized, modified, or made at the customer's request are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L. 221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code, when they are made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

This includes, in particular, jewelry that has been engraved, resized, transformed, modified in design, had elements added or removed, as well as any other modification or adaptation made specifically at the customer's request.

For these items, no returns or refunds will be accepted under the right of withdrawal, as the product falls within the scope of the exception provided by applicable regulations.

This exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not deprive the customer of their legal rights in the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
