Preparation & shipping

Orders are prepared within 7 business days.

Shipping takes place twice a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays, via Colissimo with signature required upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times

The delivery times indicated below are for information purposes only and begin once your package has been handed over to Colissimo.

Metropolitan France
Approximately 2 business days after shipping.

Europe and international
Approximately 3 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, transit conditions, and any customs formalities.

Free shipping

Shipping is free for orders over €60 in Metropolitan France.

For any order under €60, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For international deliveries, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the order amount.

Taxes, customs duties, and import fees

For orders shipped outside of Metropolitan France, any potential customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges applied by the destination country's authorities are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

L’Eau du Feu cannot be held responsible for these charges, which are independent of the order amount and shipping costs.
